David Hollier
David Hollier is a New York–based contemporary artist and the founder of New Apostle Gallery. Born in Wolverhampton, U.K., Hollier is known for his distinctive text-based paintings, which use hand-painted words and calligraphy to create portraits and images that explore the intersection of politics, culture, and identity. His work has been exhibited internationally and includes both gallery exhibitions and large-scale public art projects.
